The NIA receives £575,000 of Government Funding and has approximately £425,000 of partner funding creating a financial pot of £1 million over three years
MaxiGreen has attracted £884,000 for the South Essex Marshes, 50% of which comes from the EU Interreg programme.
Essex Wildlife Trust and Southend are working in partnership to create the Belfairs Woodland Centre in Southend which has a total budget of £359,000 of which £147,000 has come from the MaxiGreen project. Thus both projects represent a combined investment of £1.49 million.
Parklands was launched in November 2008. Essex receiving £9.8 million of the Parklands Funding and has another £12.9 million of funding from elsewhere.
